Terms and Conditions
- Open to Australia and New Zealand customers only. Autodesk Resellers and Distributors may not participate in this offer.
- To be eligible for this promotion, customers must hold a full commercial licence of AutoCAD LT (versions 1998-2012 inclusive) that has not previously been upgraded ("Eligible Seat). Eligible Seats must not be Educational, “NFR”, student, trial or unregistered licences.
- Promotional pricing: Autodesk will make the following discounts available to Autodesk Resellers for customers that "trade-in" (that is, upgrade or crossgrade) Eligible Seats:
a) A discount of up to 20% off SRP* for a new commercial seat of AutoCAD LT (then-current version).
b) A discount of up to 20% off SRP* for an upgrade to specific products: AutoCAD, Autodesk Design Suite (Standard, Premium or Ultimate) or AutoCAD LT Inventor Suite (then-current version). - Offer is valid for qualifying orders placed with an Autodesk Reseller in the period from May 07 to July 13, 2012 inclusive. Each order must contain a valid serial number for an Eligible Seat and, if requested, acceptable proof of purchase (including a picture of the serial number label and other documentation reasonably required by Autodesk). - Customers must uninstall and destroy all copies of the "trade-in" product within the period set out in the applicable Software License Agreement. Use of the new product will be governed by the Autodesk Software Licence Agreement accompanying that product. - Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other Autodesk promotions or special offers.
